A coordinator with a full caseload is scanning providers, and a family is reading carefully and cautiously. Both are forming a view of you from your website before anyone picks up the phone.

Payment is 50 percent to begin and 50 percent before launch, and it takes around 7 to 12 business days once your content and images are with me. You own the site, the domain, and the hosting login, with no monthly fee to keep it online.

If you would rather not think about domains, renewals, or small edits, Growbly Care is $79 AUD a month and covers all of it, including up to 30 minutes of changes. It is optional, never required, and never charged per page. Plenty of people happily run the site themselves.

Once the website is right, and only then, there is a second door: practical AI from $750 AUD, for one job in your business that eats your time every week. For a provider that is often a referral or enquiry arriving and coming back to you as a drafted reply, ready to read and send. It gets mapped out so you can see it before it is built, and a person always presses send. If nothing is worth automating, I will say so.

03 Practical AI, if it is worth it

04 Participant data

I treat participant records the way you have to: as if the auditor is watching.

You work under privacy obligations that most software vendors have never read. So, plainly: anything sensitive I encounter during a build, participant names, contact details, case notes, is anonymised before it goes near an AI tool. Participant records stay in your systems and your accounts. I keep no copies, we never ask for your passwords, and my access ends at handover.
