Payment is 50 percent to begin and 50 percent before launch, and it takes around 7 to 12 business days once your content and images are with me. You own the site, the domain, and the hosting login, with no monthly fee to keep it online.

If you would rather not think about domains, renewals, or small edits, Growbly Care is $79 AUD a month and covers all of it, including up to 30 minutes of changes. It is optional, never required, and never charged per page. Plenty of people happily run the site themselves.

Once the website is right, and only then, there is a second door: practical AI from $750 AUD, for one job in your business that eats your time every week. For a funeral home that is often an enquiry arriving and coming back to you as a drafted reply, ready to read and send. I handle family information the way you would: carefully, and as little as possible.

I work with businesses whose reputation is their entire asset, and none more than yours. Anything sensitive I encounter during a build, family names, case details, contact records, is anonymised before it goes near an AI tool. Your records stay in your systems.
